  • Black and white screen

GXP1620 As above but power can be delivered over Ethernet. Voicemail is indicated by the top red light flashing.
Comment : This is great as a low cost entry. It has a black and white screen so isn’t as sexy as the other phones, but very functional.

GXP2140

  • Can handle 4 calls
  • Conferencing
  • Colour Screen
  • Power via adapter or PoE
  • Bluetooth
  • Works with optional keypad

Comment: A really good phone if you want to attach the optional keypad. If you don’t need the extension board the GXP2130 would be fine.

GXP2160

  • Can handle 6 calls
  • Conferencing
  • Colour Screen
  • Power via adapter or PoE
  • Bluetooth
  • 24 BLF programmable buttons

Comment: 24 BLF lights or programmable buttons allow you to see which of your colleagues are on the phone already or make speed dial calls. You need to write on the phone what the buttons do or use an Excel template we can provide.

GXP220EXT

  • Extension board for the GXP2140

DECT

  • Base station plus one handset
  • An additional 4 handsets can be added

Comment: Great for being mobile around the office. Although you can transfer calls from this phone most people find this tricky unless they do it on a regular basis.
